How we work:

By conducting interviews we get a deep understanding of the scope of the project and what our role will be. Each project is unique and the level of our involvement can vary widely from project to project.

Create a Scope of Work document outlining the services offered, a timeline for those services and our fee structure and terms.

Once all parties agree on the scope of work we create a contract for the job.

We define milestones that must be met as the project develops, we continually report on and discuss the progress of the project. If we are controlling the budget will report and track all job costs weekly.

We typically establish a weekly or biweekly conference call to guarantee continuous communication and openness on the project.

Once the project has reached the completion phase we offer a complete project and budget summary for review. We work with our clients to ensure a smooth hand off of technology and complete training and support services.

We also offer specialized maintenance contracts for any installation project.
